About the role
Support men accessing residential accommodation at the Mission’s hostel in Crawford Square. Working within the Mission’s values, help residents develop independence and move forward. This permanent role covers 42 hours per week; shift arrangements will be confirmed by the employer. Reference: 10/2026/SW (JobApplyNI 1791347).
What you’ll do
- Meet residents’ support needs and promote independence, development and progression
- Work with services including the Social Security Agency, Housing Benefit Branch and NIHE
What we’re looking for
- Level II Communication and Application of Number (or equivalent), OR NVQ Level II Health & Social Care (or equivalent), AND at least one year in a formal care/support role
- Desirable: residential support experience and safeguarding knowledge
