Sales Consultant

About the role

Dreams & Sofatime, part of Hometime Group, is recruiting a full-time Sales Consultant for Crescent Link. Help customers find the right beds and sofas for their homes, offering expert product advice and an outstanding in-store experience. The employer offers a supportive team environment, training and development, uncapped earning potential, and a competitive salary and OTE package. The employer’s submitted pay range is £30,000–£40,000; this should not be read as a confirmed basic salary.

What you’ll do

• Deliver an outstanding in-store experience for every customer
• Understand each customer’s needs and recommend the right products
• Build confidence and trust through product knowledge and advice
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent service
• Support store layout changes and product presentation
• Work with colleagues to keep the store looking its best and operating smoothly
• Contribute to the continued success and growth of the business
