Sales Assistant

About the role

Sproules Jewellers is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join its Derry city centre team. This is a full-time retail position and applicants must be available to work Saturdays.

What you’ll do

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service
• Help customers choose jewellery and gifts for special occasions
• Present products clearly and answer customer questions
• Process sales and support the day-to-day running of the shop
• Keep displays and the shop floor tidy and well presented

• A warm, professional and helpful manner
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Reliable, organised and comfortable working as part of a team
• A genuine interest in retail, jewellery and helping customers
• Availability to work Saturdays is essential
