About the role
Nicor is recruiting an experienced roofer for social housing maintenance in Derry/Londonderry. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (40 hours per week). Overtime and on-call duties are available on a rota basis in line with business needs. A company van and mobile phone are supplied for work use only. Immediate starts available.
What you’ll do
- Carry out roofing repairs and maintenance across social housing properties
- Diagnose roofing issues and provide effective solutions
- Work in occupied and void properties
- Complete work safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Provide excellent customer service in residents’ homes
What we’re looking for
- Proven roofing experience
- Relevant trade qualification and CSR card
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Health and safety experience
